De Retherma Regenereerovens van Moduline uit de Witech selectie zijn met name geschikt voor de afdelingen en huiskamers bij onze klanten in de zorg. Voorzien van elektronischebesturing, zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, zelfs voor minder geschoold personeel te bedienen. Deze modellen hebben een aansluitvermogen van 3.45kW (230) en zijn dus overal in te zetten . Naast de basisfunctie van deze ovens kunt u er ook nog een cake mee bakken want het temperatuur bereik is van +3 tot 160 graden Celcius.

Tegen meerprijs leverbaar met o.a.; onderstel (open, geslotel of met deuren), kerntemperatuurvoeler (1 punts, meerdere punten of dunne naald), USB opslag poort voor HACCP, externe handdcouche, luchtcondensatiekap, rechtsdraaiende deur, watertank, in delen te openen binnendeur (evt in combinatie met deurslot), inbouwschuifset, stapelkit, muurbeugels. Bij inbouwen zonder condensatiekap moet het mogelijk zijn dat aan de achterzijde de veiligheidsklep zonder hinder bevochtigde lucht af kan blazen. De regenereerovens dienen altijd voorzien te worden van onthard water bij voorkeur voorzien van een BWT filter.
